plasma-widgets-active software package provides plasma widgets and containments for the KDE Plasma Active, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plasma-widgets-active
plasma-widgets-active is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plasma-widgets-active package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plasma-widgets-active *
You will get with plasma-widgets-active package name, version, architecture and description in a table
